Abs are built in the home gym - but revealed in the kitchen! 

Weight loss is at least 75% diet and nutrition - whether we like it or not.  We can't outwork a terrible diet and our strength and energy increase so much with a solid day of food. My plans focus on water, veggies, lean proteins, and healthy fats. We work in treats and sweets, too. 

My focus is to give our bodies what they need to be vibrant and energetic so we can sustain an active and fun life!
